Subject: Fax accounts for document delivery

Aloha, everyone.

Our university library system has a photocopy service that permits students
to request copies of periodical articles to be faxed to any of our satellite
campuses on Oahu. Presently the students requesting the copies pay $ .10 a
page at a coordinator's office. We are investigating the feasibility of
faxing the copies directly to a student's home or office, but would need a
system of payment. We are considering the payment of a flat fee for an
unlimited number of periodical article pages or the setting up of a deposit
account for each student, with a charge of $ .10 (or more) per page.

We would appreciate input from anyone who has sugggestions on implementing
this system or has had experience with this type of operation.

Thank you.
