About half of the papers (four) are available at
http://www.nlc-bnc.ca/jsc/confpap.htm,
with more to come. Jean Hiron's and Crystals Graham's "Issues Related to
Seriality" is one of the four, by the way. There is also a listserv for
discussing the papers. Information on it is available at the JSC Home Page.
