I checked our records and did a bit of sleuthing with these results:

We've not received any issues past vol. 3, no. 6 (Apr. 4, 1997), which we
received on 4/16/97.

We are currently claiming for vol. 3, no. 7 (Apr. 27, 1997) which we were
expecting 5/25/97.  We subscribe directly to the publisher in the Czech

this publisher.  We were unsuccessful in obtaining a phone number through
Information or from the most current issue.  I just did a quick search of
current eds. of Ebsco's _Serials Directory_ and _Ulrich's_:  Neither tool
had a state-side phone number, but both had the Czech Republic ofc. phone
number (011-422-61142114).  _Ulrich's_ also gives the Czech Republic ofc.
fax # of 422-61143184 and e-mail address of transition@omri.cz and the

Due to uncertain and expensive telephone service in the former Soviet block
countries, e-mail usually works best, because it's the more inexpensive alter-
native at their end (faxes are expensive for them).  This useful information
has been furnished to us by our library Slavic area studies dept. colleagues,
and we try to keep it in mind to apply when our initial system-produced claim
letters aren't responded to for those titles we obtain directly from the
publishers in countries such as Russia, Poland, the Czech Republic, etc.
