Subject: Negro History Bulletin - 1996 issues

We just received vol. 59:no. 4, Oct-Dec. 1996.  Before that, the last issue
we had received was v. 58:no. 4, Oct-Dec. 1996.   Our vendor tells us that
v. 59:no. 4, Oct-Dec. 1996 is the only issue published for 1996.   Can
anyone verify that there were issues published for v. 59, no. 1, 2, and 3,
Jan - Sept. 1996?
