We are studying various options for access to full text newspaper resources
and we would like to include an assessment of other academic libraries' current
planning in this area.  Please take a few moments to respond to this brief
survey.  Reply or resend directly to me.  I will post the results for the
list.  Thanks for your help.

Has your institution started or do you plan to begin online (Web based) access
to newspaper databases?

Do you currently have CD ROM access to full text newspapers?
Do you plan to cancel any existing microform newspaper subscriptions?

Which online services for full text newspapers are you using or
considering?  (Dialog, Lexis/Nexis, UMI, World News Connection, individual
online subscriptions directly from newspapers, etc.)
