Subject: Call for papers

Greetings from sunny (!!!!) Seattle, Serialists!

IRSQ: Internet Reference Services Quarterly plans a series of special
issues on serials-related internet issues/conerns/ideas/research, etc. and
invites papers on same. Papers can cover the gamut from strict research
to "how-my-library-does-it-good" to out-and-out commentary and
opinion on any serials-related internet topic. Descriptive reviews of
serials-related Web sites are also welcome. Book reviews specific to
serials internet topics can also be proposed.

To propose a paper, a Web review, or a book review contact me the Editor
at the address below not later than June 15, 1997 (sooner is, of course,
better). Proposals should be submitted via e-mail and should contain the
following:
--a working title (this title can change later)
--an abstract (brief/150 words max.) of what the completed article/review
  will contain
--author(s) name(s)/e-mail and snail-mail address(es)/phone and fax
  numbers

Completed articles or Web reviewed may be from 5-40 pages and the initial
draft may be submitted via e-mail.

IRSQ is a peer-reviewed journal. Proposals will be reviewed by the
editorial board with the final decision for inclusion made by the Editor.
Completed papers will also be reviewed by the editorial board with the
final decision made by the Editor. Book reviews will be reviewed solely by
the Book Review Editor.

For more details, author's instructions, or to submit a proposal contact:
