Although we use Faxon as our vendor, I would also like to know about
claiming with DRA.  So please post responses to the list.

Dear Kira,

We have been using the DRA claims for approximately 12 months now. Previous
to DRA they were written on manual slips supplied by our vendors. We use
Blackwells and a local agent in Australia called ISA (International
Subscription Agencies) as our major vendors.

We are a member of a consortium of University and Special/School libraries
in Australia (East coast) and our DRA system is managed by Unilinc LTD.
Unilinc run the DRA claim reports for each location once per week. We have
one staff member that does the check-in and claiming. She runs the claim
report from her PC every Tuesday morning (this is available via the
aquisitions/serials menu screen). It takes about half a day to check all the
claims and sort them into vendors and mail them off. We haven't started
using electronic means yet, but I believe it will be available soon (I'm not
sure whether our vendors will be included as yet).
