I've got several incomplete citations.  The issue numbers and the
months (usually) seem to be missing.  Can anyone find those for me?  Also,
which _Southern Review_ is this -- the one published in Louisiana?

I checked the source of the citations myself (they're from a bibliography
in a book) and the information is shown exactly as follows:
