For which I hereby nominate Computer Design, which clearly states in
readable print at the front of the paragraph (eg, not at all buried, in any
sense), "published 13 times per year with two editions in February."

Said statement also included, as above, in the March issue, which is number
*3* of the volume.  January = #1, February = #2, March = #3.

What did library assistants do all day before they had patterns to
recreate?
