We just received this issue during the last week.  I have not tried the

I called the publisher of the Physical Education Index and he answered
the phone.  I'm not sure what number was used for the original query,
but retry with the following: 573-334-8789.  We recently changed area
codes and that could be the problemo.

Hello Pat,

We are an academic library and for this title our vendor is Ebsco.
They have had no problems in getting us current issues.  I checked
with Ebsconet and they still list the publisher as Benoak Publishing
Co.  Maybe you could try contacting Ebsco to see if they know of any
changes in publishers for this title.  We just received
Vol.19#4(1996Dec) in March, pretty current with no gaps in our
holdings.  Sorry I couldn't do more for you; hope this helps.
