Dear Colleagues:

Is Cornell the only institution who is having problems interacting with a
human being at Gordon and Breach (IPD) these days?  We've been trying to
pay invoices but have had no luck interacting with the two individuals
whose names we were given as customer service contacts: Rachel Hopkins or
Charlie Reynolds.

We've tried the telephone, e-mail, and writing to them, but never receive a
response.

I think they want to do business with us, but they sure do make it difficult!

If you have the name of a live being at G&B, I'd sure appreciate your
sharing it with me and my staff.
