Why can't all librarians band together and cancel this type of serial?
Teresa, I understand your frustration.
I hate those serials that hide the volume #.  Perhaps it's in small print
on the bottom of the inside cover, sometimes on the bottom of the last page.
Some serials have several pages of ads before you can even find the title
page.
Oh well, it make my job interesting.
