We received the February 1997 issue of this, marked Volume 36, No. 2.  On
the inside front cover it says, "Published monthly except March, June,
September and October . . ."

In previous years, the February issue was the first of the year, and
volume.

Has anyone received a Volume 36, no. 1 of this title?  Was there a January
1997 issue?
