Just a thought - this sounds like something that one of the major serials
vendors may have done some work on - like Faxon or Ebsco??

Just in case you didn't know, you can search library literature FREE
through Ebsco.   Library Reference Center (LRC) www.epnet.com/lrc
You don't even have to be an Ebsco customer.  It's not LISA, but it helps.

Hopefully this will be a useful resource for you.

Recently, we were disappointed to learn that "donated" journals -- this
would include ones received on an individual subscription, then donated to
the library -- are unacceptable for providing photocopies, particularly for
interlibrary loan.  It is considered a violation of copyright law.  (For
those that don't know, medical/health sciences libraries depend rather
heavily on ILL.)
