Replacement Issues, comments requested Tricia Butler 28 Mar 1997 15:12 UTC

We've learned that one signature in a very recent journal of ours
was printed incorrectly, and left 32 pages virtually impossible
to read. What would you like to see us do to correct the matter?

     1) Replace the 32 pages affected by the problem, but not the
whole issue? If this is what we do, how does that effect
     cataloging and binding for you?

     2) Replace the whole issue? If we do replace the whole issue,
what should we send along with the issue so that it's easily
identified as a replacement, not a duplicate?

We'd like to fix this right away, so you comments would be
     appreciated.
