Dear Serialsters,

Is the NCA Quarterly still quarterly?  We have received v. 69 no. 1-3
Summer 1994-Winter 1995 and v. 70 no. 1-3 Summer 1995-Winter 1995/96 as
well as v. 71 no. 1 Summer 1996.  Does anyone have a no. 4 issue are
definitive word from the publisher?
