In the April 1996 issue of Money, there is a note under the Table of
Contents that mentions its Lifetime Advantage program wherein subscribers
will recieve these supplements.  It gives this number to call:
1-800-633-9970.  There's also an add on page 58 about it. This is in small
print, and the only way I noticed it was because I was looking for
supplement info after the first post to the list on this topic.  If this
was their way of "informing" people, it was badly done and seems rather
underhanded.
