Subject: ANSI/NISO standard info needed

I have a copy of a draft ANSI standard called Z39.1, dated 5/31/90.
Unfortunately, I do not have the title page.  It basically concerns
the physical layout and arrangement of print journals.  Can anyone
give me a citation for the completed standard?  I tried searching
the web sites for both ANSI and NISO, but was not able to locate
this document.

A faculty member who edits an ACM newsletter has asked for the
input of a librarian before making changes to the journal, and I
really want to reinforce such behavior with as much positive
feedback as possible.  I have already copied Mitch Turitz's
wonderful title-change letter, as well as the What's In a Name
brochure from LC.  If anyone has any other suggestions, I welcome
them.
