Dear Maggie,

I was frustrated,too, and called the 800 number. The volume
year begins in February, so Feb. '97 should have been 31:1. The
person on the phone readily admitted they had made a mistake,
which they must have corrected if Mar. '97 is 31:2. (Haven't
rec'd. ours yet.)

According to my 1996 records, they combine Apr.& May in one
issue, do not pub. in June, July, or Aug., then combine Nov. &
Dec., and end the vol. in Jan. with iss. no. 7.  Pretty weird!
