I did find the web version at the Conser web site.  Has the print copy been

Subject:   CONSER module question-- addendum

Yes, the print copy has been distributed.  Our records
show that Module 31 (Remote Access Computer File Serials) was
first issued in update 3 (spring 1995) to the CCM and that there
have been subsequent updates and revisions (the latest print
update we rec'd was update 4 (fall 1995)).  Perhaps others have
more current info. re. printed information. ??  The web site is
probably more current -- I noticed a revision date of 11/96 on it.
