EPA journal has apparently ceased publication.  It is noted in the winter
1997 edition 243 of U.S. GOVERNMENT SUBSCRIPTIONS (GP 3.9:).  OCLC record
number 2663078 does show it as dead and it is closed out.  I just updated
the record on our online system today.
