Yves, I found OCLC #7471263, which seems to match your query.  The title
"Advances in physiological sciences"  is actually the proceedings of the
28th meeting of the International Congress of Physiological Sciences, and
vol. 4 is only a small part of it--it's at least 36 volumes! (Vols. 22-36
are from "satellite" symposia.) The meeting place was Budapest, 1980.
