Yes, we got a similar letter. We're trying to check it out
          with our regional EBSCO office to see what's going on.
          To add to the mystery, this morning we received our
          monthly claim checker from EBSCO. We had a claim for an
          issue of _Economic and Political Weekly_. EBSCO's response
          is "Attention. The old publisher folded--Prints India has
          taken over but will not service the 1996 year--Sorry."
