Passwords for online subscriptions (answers) and new question

I received 3 responses to my question about how to provide passwords to
OPAC patrons for online subscriptions that require them. All three of
these libraries have created web pages containing passwords and logon
information. The web pages are restricted to users coming from a campus
(or somehow authorized) IP address. Thank you very much to the
respondents. I think we may try a similar approach.
We are now trying to establish the wording used in such notes to refer
patrons to the web pages with the passwords, and also in the text used for
locations and call numbers of electronic resources ("Electronic resource?"
"Online journal?" "Internet resource?", "Remote-access title?", etc.) I
will be trying to locate examples in various web-accessible catalogs, but
if anyone has time to send me a message on this with examples or titles to
look up in your catalogs, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance,
Pat Thompson
