We received a copy of Critical Quarterly (v.38,no.4, 1996) on Dec. 27, 1996.
We just noticed there are several blank pages in our copy.  Others who
receive this title may want to check their copy for similar problems.  We
realized ours were missing when another institution wanted our pages for
copy.  I have written Blackwell (e-mail) and have heard nothing yet.  Hope
this message assists anyone with this issue.
