SchoolNet, an internationally acclaimed initiative of Industry Canada,
announces a new Web site devoted to electronic scholarly publishing
in Canada.

The URL of the Canadian Electronic Scholarly Network (CESN) is:

          http://www.schoolnet.ca/vp/cesn

CESN is an easy to use source of comprehensive information about
on-line scholarly publishing in Canada.  It contains links to Canadian
peer-reviewed electronic scholarly journals, and to national and
international electronic publishing projects and articles.  It also
provides information on the Electronic Publishing Promotion Project
(EPPP) led by Industry Canada.
