For our biomedical journal titles I included a 12% increase for journal
subscriptions in my recently submitted budget. Our vendor Swets provided
that figure which -as you know- is even more tentative than the
vendor-distributed price increase estimates that are usually published
beginning in Feb. and March. (By the way about 60% of our journal budget
pays for foreign journals)
