 We have several requests for German journals from the 1870s from one of our
scientists and there are very few holding libraries if any on OCLC for these
titles.  I can search German libraries one at a time via WebCat or Hytelnet and
hope, but there must be a better way.

 For example, we are having great difficulty finding:

 1) vol. 19 no. 1, 1873, p. 139-144, Launhardt, W., "Die Inanspruchnahme des
Eisens,"   Zeitschrift des Architecten und Ingenieur Vereins zu Hannover

 2) vol. 25 no. ?, 1873, p. 197-202, Mueller, G., "Zulaessige Inanspruchname
des Schmiedeisens bei Brueckenconstructionen,"  Zeitschrift des
Osterreichischen Ingenieur und Architecten Vereins, Wien.

 3) vol. ? no. ?,  1874, p. 101-110 Gerber, W.Z. "Bestimmung der zulaessigen
Spannungen in Eisen - Construction

Sometimes the spelling is "Architekten."

New York Public appears to have them, but tells us that they are in such
poor condition that they cannot send us a copy.

ANY HELP would be most appreciated!
