Confirm all other replies.  But would also suggest:

          - Make the title broad enough  to include all possible
          subjects covered
          - Research new title - make sure it is not in use
          - If you can avoid changing the first word or two, it might
          just end up in the same place in the stacks as the old
          title.  Some Libraries do shelve journals in alphabetical order.
