We have subscribed to Communication (ISSN 0305-4233), but it stopped coming
after Vol.13(1993):4.

Just at that time we changed to another system, so this was not discovered
before now.  I looked it up in Ulrichs Plus, and found it had changed title
to The Communication Review (ISSN 1071-4421).  But it does not say when it
changed.  I need to know the last volume and year of the old title.  Can
anyone help me?
