Thank you to all who responded to my question regarding the journal
Russian History. From most of your responses, it appears that the
journal is a year or more behind in publication, and that issues do not
arrive regularly. Thank you for your time and information.

Hello-
We've been long-time subscribers to Russian History, and delayed
publication is the common event. In a publisher note of 1/96 Charles
Schlacks (publisher) wrote that v.22:1-2 for 1995 will appear in early
Spring '96 and v. 22:3-4 will appear in summer '96. Vol. 23 for 1996 will
appear in late summer '96. Considering that v. 21:4 1994 was received by
us on 2/20/96 and that Mr. Schlacks almost always has a haphazard
publishing schedule that does not agree with notes he sends us, I'd say
that he is on his normal schedule.
We, too, have claimed the 1995 issues and have received no
reply--which is also typical of Mr. Schlacks. The only positive thing I
can say about the publication of Russian History is that when you pay
your money (hopefully not too far in advance) you *eventually* get the
issues.
Hope this is a little bit helpful.
