This is to alert subscribers to a problem with: West's Education Law
Reporter.  We recently discovered that in the bound volume 109, there are
some rather major omissions in the Cases reported section at the front
of the book.  All of the items that were in bold print in the paper issue of
v.109, no.3, July 25, 1996 do not appear at all in the Cases reported
section of the bound v. 109, even though the cases *are* in the bound
volume.  I contacted West about the problem and they informed that there
was indeed a publishing error (so everyone has this problem, not just me)
and that they did not have any plans, at this time, to print a corrected
version of the volume.  So, if you haven't pitched the paper issues yet,
you might want to hang onto your v. 109, no. 3.
