Can anyone who subscribes to TRAFFIC WORLD help me figure out
if I have missed an issue?

There seems to be a numbering problem with recent issues:
        Sept. 23, 1996 is Vol. 247, no. 12, Whole number 4663
        Sept. 30, 1996 is Vol. 246, no. 13, Whole number 4664
        Oct.   7, 1996 is Vol. 247, no.  2, Whole number 4666

Did anyone receive an issue marked as Whole number 4665?  If so, what is
the date and the rest of the enumeration of that issue?

Has anyone contacted the publisher about the seemingly misnumbered
issues?  I think that the September 30 issue should be Vol. 247, no. 13
and October 7 should be Vol. 248, no. 1, unless there was another issue
in between those two.
