Subject: ? Where to recycle microfilm

Is it possible to recycle unwanted microfilm in some useful way?
One of the larger public libraries in our cooperative has offered
their discard list of microfilmed periodicals and given away a
lot of them, but hopes to find some company or agency that is
willing to take the rest off their hands.  There was some
discussion on govdoc-l about a company called Harbor which used
to recycle microforms, but had stopped accepting them.  Thanks!
