Subject: Replacement orders

I know there is the "Worst Title Change."  Is there also the "Longest
Replacement Order?"  I think I have a candidate.  Initial request sent
April 24, 1991.  Reply sent May 8, 1991, saying it was being sent to the
publisher.  Received issues October 28, 1996.  Pretty darn cool, huh?
