I called the publisher about this. I was told that the Sept/Oct 1996 issue
of Banking Strategies was intended to continuing the former title numbering.
It is V.72 #5.

Nor could I find a volume/issue number.  I decided to continue using the
numbering sequence from the previous title...we can go back later and
change them if needed.
