Dear People,

Our hospital is currently undergoing a merger with two other hospitals.
Ultimately we will then be merging with their medical libraries.

I wondered if anyone out there working in a medical library or any other
type of library has undegone such a transition?  Can you share your
experience with me.  How were the journal holdings handled?  Textbook
selection.  How did your job change?  We duties assigned to differently?

Could anyone suggest any articles written about the subect?  Or an Online
Or an Online database to search?  Much thanks for all your help.
