We are part of a large academic research library system with
over 12,000 subscriptions university-wide.  At our location, a humanities
and social science research library, we subscribe to approximately 5,000
titles.  We are interested in knowing how other libraries of comparable
size and scope are faring with regard to domestic vendors.  We are
particularly interested in your experiences, both positive and negative,
with claims and claim responses.  Please include your methods of
communicating with your vendor, be it paper, fax, e-mail, electronic
system or phone.
