Several reports written by staff of the MIT Libraries on the
topic of managing ejournals have been published in Serials
Review. The most recent is in v. 22, no. 1, spring 1996, starting
on page 47. (Duranceau et al: Electronic Journals in the MIT Libraries:
report of the 1995 ejournal subgroup). This article contains
references to our prior reports.

Hope the information -- which is now outdated, of course -- may
be of some help as background.
