Subject:      Claimed issues & vendor performance #2

I *really appreciate* all the thoughtful replies I've received--  In case
there was some ambiguity in my original post, my weekly average of "125
issues claimed but still not received" is a snapshot of open claims at
that time, not a count of *new* claims generated that week.  The number
of new claims (or re-claims) generated each week is about 30 on our 900
or so subscriptions.
