The only oddity in our sub to this is the special volume published at the
end of 1995 and beginning of 1996. Thus, we have: vol. 80, #3 December
1995; vol. 81 #1 December 1995; vol. 81, #2 January 1996; vol. 82, #1
January 1996. I don't know if the special volume has two or three
issues. We've only received two but have claimed the third just in case.

We show 1996 to be monthly with three issues per volume. However, there
seems to be an extra volume (v.80) for 1995 with no month designation. We
received numbers 1 & 2, did anyone receive a number 3 for v.80?
v.82 no.1 Jan. 1996
v.82 no.2 Feb. 1996, etc. latest we have is v.84 no.2 Aug. 1996.
