We receive a journal called (title transliterated on cover): The
    journal of Shimonoseki University of Fisheries. Beginning in Dec.
    1995, the transliterated title reads: Journal of National Fisheries
    University (formerly The journal of Shimonoseki University of
    Fisheries). I am not familiar with the Japanese language and to my
    eyes the Japanese characters for the title look identical on the
    different transliterated pieces. Has anyone dealt with this
    particular journal or would anyone be able to advise? Thanks.
