Our institution (Louisiana Tech University) subscribes to this title.  We have
have renewed for 1996.  Last issue received was December 1995 BUT was received
on July 17, 1996.  We have outstanding claims.  Must be a problem with
production.  Will be watching closely.  Thanks for the advanced warning.
