Laura, I been working with this title too and spoke to Political
Research a couple of days ago.  They have "expanded" the
encyclopedia.  They will continue to issue the bound vols., the
binders, the quarterly cumulative supplements and Clement's
International Report on the same schedule as always.  They're not
sure if they will continue to issue the "new sections" or not.  They
consider them something like special publications.  Hope this helps.
