No, Arthritis today is a publication of the Arthritis Foundation (in
Atlanta, Georgia). It has been published under that title since 1987.
Previously it was called The national arthritis news. While it's always
possible for another organization to published something with the same
title, I can't imagine the national organization of one country would
"steal" the name of the official publication of its international
counterpart.
