I am currently involved in a research project which is attempting to cost
the serials check-in process in a large university library. The library is
considering outsourcing, so our task is to give a costing of the serials
check-in process as it currently stands.

If anybody has conducted a similiar costings project, we would love to hear
from you to discuss methodology, problems, issues ect.
