Our library/information center is currently looking at three ILS
     packages to possibly migrate to.  We are interested in the SIRSI
     Unicorn, Ameritech's Horizon and VTLS's Virtua.  We would appreciate
     ANY feedback about these systems.  We have been having difficulty with
     VTLS's marketing department because they don't seem interested in
     selling to a special library.  Have others had this problem?  Is this
     indicative of their customer support?

     I am specifically interested in the Serials modules.  The Bureau of
     National Affairs, Inc.is a  publisher in Washington, D.C.  Our
     collection is predominantly legal materials, so we need a serials
     package that can handle legal materials.
