Subject: Inventory and Usage of Periodicals

      We recently completed the classification of our non-circulating
      periodicals and are now preparing to bar code the collection.
      Once the barcoding is completed, it is our intent to do
      a future inventory in addition to usage studies.

      Does anyone have any insight to offer in regard to programs
      which could be used to do such an inventory or usage study?
      [and any special computer requirments that goes along with them]

      We are a NOTIS library - so if there is a program that would run
      in conjunction with the system that would be great, but we are
      interested in any and all possibilities.
