  When people speak of shelving periodicals in alphabetical order by
title what is usually meant is "alphabetical order by main entry".
According to AACR2 that is almost invariably title main entry since
AACR2 rule 21.1B2 is quite restrictive as to what can be entered under
the name of a corporate body.    However, since you are using a record
that is entered under the name of a corporate body: Soil and Crop Science
Society of Florida then I would shelve by that main entry.

   It was to avoid having to make decisions such as this (among other
reasons) that led us to change our arrangement of bound periodicals to
call number order.
