     I have seen some libraries that bundle up the journals on an ongoing
basis, about once every other week shipments to the bindery, the MINUTE
the volume is filled.  Others wait for 1 issue, 2 issue, there is nor
consistancy to this.

     Some libraries don't even wait for another issue, shipping them out
for binding the minute the volume is filled.

     Of course, if you have quick turnaround time, this is not a severe
problem.  You might want to log onto the Serials discussion group to get
a better response rate:
